Early Bird Drop-off
Early Bird Drop-off is available when the Service Department is
closed. Just park in front of the Service main entrance, put your
keys in one of our Early Bird envelopes, and drop it through the
slot in the door.
Shuttle service
Shuttle service is available Monday through Friday at 8 AM,
9:30 AM, and 10:30 AM.
Bill Rapp Super Store is conveniently
located on the corner of Burnet Avenue and
Thompson Road in Syracuse, NY.
Just take the Thompson Road (16N) exit
from Route 690 (Google Map).
